• eDiscovery Specific: Star AI eDiscovery is a tool to assist legal professionals, not replace them. Final review must be performed by qualified attorneys

• Payment is due according to invoice terms
• Late payments may incur interest charges

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STARTEKK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless StartTekk from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights.
